We have an opportunity for Project Manager at Thane location with INVOICEMART - A.Treds. A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time. Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers. To know more about the organization please visit our website www.invoicemart.com Key deliverables : Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resolve impediments. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and methodologies. Mentor team members on agile principles and practices. Requirement: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA education required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager Scrum Master certification required. Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Business analyst skills and experience are highly desirable. Experience : Project Manager shall have an overall experience working on agile project in Finance, Banking, Investment Banking, Fintech, Rating Agency, NBFC industry.
