About the Role: As Regional Development Manager, you will launch and scale operations in new territories, with the ultimate goal of transitioning them into successful franchise units. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you'll be responsible for strategic planning, sales growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Set up and lead new operational territories Recruit and manage technicians and site staff Drive customer growth and sales performance Lead day-to-day operations and ensure continuous improvement Prepare territories for franchise transition Build strong internal and external relationships What You’ll Bring: 5 years of management experience Strong knowledge of the drainage & plumbing sector Proven commercial and business development skills A growth mindset and strategic thinking Experience or interest in franchising a plus Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Why Join Us?
