Job Purpose The role will be responsible for building and growing the Hyfire business in the defined geographical territory by management of existing and development of new partners, consultants, and end users. Creating demand and converting projects to wireless fire alarm systems by communicating the benefit and advantages of the Hyfire system throughout the design, install, commissioning process and overall lifetime benefit of wireless systems. Sales Team Accountabilities Support the existing partners within the region via: Product awareness Promoting the benefits of wireless Joint sales activities Survey prospective projects. Increase the number of partners, where appropriate, withinthe region in order to grow the business. Ensure the agreedannual sales and margin budgetfor the territory is exceeded. Bethe voice of the customerwithin Hyfire and to drivethe customers’ requirements through the business, in line with the Hyfire strategic objectives. Create and sustainlong term partnerships between Hyfire and their key partners. Bring market insightinto Hyfire and ensure it is communicated and understood within the business. Beinquisitive and alwaysbe looking for new businessopportunities to grow the Hyfire brand and market share. Provide support at exhibitions / open days and other promotional activities arranged by the company or in conjunction with partners, or as the business requires. Manage sales administration activities by: Producing on-time accuratemonthly reports, in line with key performance indicators. Keeping the CRM tool regularlyupdated with accurateinformation. Actively taking part in regularsales meetings Providing accurate forecasts Provide comprehensive wireless surveys on behalf of Hyfire partnersand consultants. Provide quotations for projectswhich have been surveyed and detailed by the technical field engineers, working closely alongside each other. Work with the technical team, drive the adoption and education of the new portfolio of products at Hyfire into the market. Manage your own time meeting expectations with clients at times convenient with their project programme, to ensure an efficient and professional service for our partners. Discuss specific project requirements, particularly in the more challenging projects, advising how Hyfire products can assist solve problems experienced via wired solutions. Develop relationships with key consultants and senior project engineers, providing professional customer support and integrity always. Develop strong relationships with all tiers of management and functions within the Hyfire partner businesses. Communication and presentation skills to an advanced level Proven sales management experience Experience of working in a highly professional customer focused environment Proven experience working within the fire alarm industry. Experience in commissioning, fault finding and the installation of fire alarm systems. Fire alarm design knowledge preferable. Strong understanding of BS EN standards within the fire industry. Basic site safety awareness. Strong negotiation skills. Advanced presentation and reporting skills. Full clean UK driving license. Values & Personal Qualities Strong alignment to our company values.
