This is a brilliant opportunity for an established Area Manager or Cluster Manager looking to step into a bigger role - or for a high-performing Big Box Store Manager ready to take their first step into multi-site leadership. The Role: As Area Manager , you'll lead a portfolio of stores, driving commercial performance, inspiring your teams, and delivering retail excellence in a trading-focused environment. You'll have full ownership of your area and the autonomy to make real decisions that drive results. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in supermarket, convenience or discount retail - this is essential Experience as an Area Manager , Cluster Manager, or large-format Store Manager A strong retailer who thrives on the shop floor and can trade effectively Commercial mindset with a passion for developing people and delivering results Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer: £55,000 - £57,000 basic salary Company car or car allowance Excellent bonus potential BBBH33686
