Project Manager/Account Manager Kidderminster £30,000 3-month FTC – potential to go perm We’re working with a small but mighty creative agency based in Kidderminster that’s growing fast and delivering top-notch work for some major clients in the telecoms space. With a tight-knit team and a busy period ahead so they’re looking for an extra pair of hands to help keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in an agency environment and knows how to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. The Role You’ll support the internal team across a variety of client projects, helping to ensure work is delivered on time and to brief. Typical responsibilities include: Chasing timelines and coordinating with internal teams Communicating with design and development teams about ongoing projects Drafting quotes and logging timesheets Helping with invoicing and general project admin Keeping everything on track and clients happy What they’re looking for Organised, proactive, and confident working in a small team Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines Agency experience is a big plus (you’ll get the pace and pressure) You’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing and just gets it done The details… The role will work on site in Kidderminster Monday – Thursday, Friday is a WFH day and is only a half day, such a good benefit! The role is an FTC at present but if someone does well and the clients continue to spend, then there is a chance this vacancy could become a permanent vacancy.
