As a Data Scientist , you’ll work closely with the management team, portfolio companies, and the operational strategy team to deliver high-impact data solutions. From understanding KPIs to delivering insights that drive strategic decisions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes for the firm’s investments. Key Responsibilities Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and define KPIs. Build and maintain data pipelines, integrate data systems, and manage the data lake. Conduct data analysis, reporting, and visualisation to support key decisions. Lead strategic projects, such as pricing strategy analysis and market expansion planning. Make actionable recommendations that improve portfolio company performance. What We’re Looking For A commercial mindset: Comfortable working with business leaders and making strategic recommendations. Technical skills: Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools. Experience: Background in data analytics or data science, with consulting or strategic experience being a plus.
