Head of Technical – Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Location – North West Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role with a very exciting brand? The Opportunity You’ll be joining a dynamic and passionate team, working across the business to provide strategic leadership and hands-on support in all things technical. From quality and compliance to technical operations and innovation, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the Quality & Compliance agenda – ensuring all products meet the highest standards across regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks (UK & international). Overseeing Technical Operations & Standards – driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, labelling, testing, and product integrity. Acting as a key Strategic Partner to the senior leadership team. Building and leading a small but mighty technical team – mentoring, coaching, and developing capabilities. Supporting global compliance as the brand continues its expansion. What We’re Looking For Proven technical experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry. A strong understanding of product compliance, quality systems , and regulatory affairs (UK/EU/Global). A confident communicator who can bridge the gap between technical detail and commercial strategy. Natural leader with a proactive mindset – ready to shape this role and make it their own. Why Join?
