Application Support Analyst

Senior IT Applications Analyst | NEBOSH | Leicester (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) | £35k We're looking for an experienced IT Applications professional to join a respected qualifications organisation. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving their business-critical systems, working with technologies including SQL Server, Azure services, and enterprise applications. You'll be: Supporting and improving their Salesforce, LMS platforms and other business-critical systems Managing releases and configurations (they're adding new tech regularly) Working with their data stack (SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI would be useful) Bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical users No need to be from an educational background, but you will need: Solid SQL experience (2 years minimum) Practical knowledge of application support best practices Clear communication skills Comfort working hybrid in Leicester (2-3 days/week) If this sounds like your level, drop me a message at nikola.miletic@nicollcurtin.com or apply now!
