Commercial Property Solicitor – 5 PQE Location: Stoke-on-Trent Contract: Full-time or Part-time A leading full-service law firm with a strong reputation for delivering expert legal advice and exceptional client care is now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5 years PQE) to join its highly regarded property team based in Stoke-on-Trent. About the Role: You will manage a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, acting for a broad range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors and landlords and tenants. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and progressive firm where your experience and ideas will be valued. Key responsibilities include: Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other related agreements Advising on landlord and tenant matters Working with developers and investors on site acquisitions and plot sales Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements Building and maintaining strong client relationships About You: To succeed in this role, you will be: A Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property Technically strong with a good commercial acumen Able to manage a busy caseload independently Confident in client-facing situations and committed to excellent service delivery A proactive team player with a strong work ethic Why Join?
