TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR Location: Central London, EC2N 4JL Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Package: Competitive salary, Pension, Private Healthcare & 25 Days Annual Leave Overview: ISS provides integrated facilities management services across multiple regions, covering cleaning, property maintenance, security, catering, and more. The Technical Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting this delivery, with a focus on maintaining and improving technical compliance. You will be responsible for the accurate administration of systems and reporting data to ensure they meet high standards of quality, reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assign jobs and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Raise purchase orders for engineering tasks Follow up on contractors’ risk assessments (RAMS) and work schedules Prepare job packs and upload service documentation Maintain compliance documents, health and safety records, insurance, and competency files About You: Experience of working in a similar role within FM / Building Operations Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of facilities services. Highly personable, able to build & maintain strong professional relationships. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of health and safety issues.
