Assistant Farm Manager | Shropshire | Root Crops & Cereals About the Role We are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to join a family farming operation. The Assistant Farm Manager will work closely with the Farm Manager on a 2500ac farm growing Root Crops and cereals. Key Responsibilities Operating tractors and other agricultural machinery for ploughing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance Assisting with general farm work as needed, including transporting materials and preparing fields Experience with Gatekeeper and Excel would be ideal Organising a small regular team Requirements Strong understanding of agricultural processes and equipment maintenance Attention to detail and commitment to safety PA1 / PA2 or BASIS would be desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving license How to Apply If you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, please apply.
