The role involves handling a diverse caseload of non-contentious residential property transactions , including: Sales and purchases of residential property Re-mortgages and transfers of equity First registrations and lease extensions As a senior member of the team, you will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues , ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
