This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload and contribute to a friendly, supportive practice. The Role Manage your own caseload of residential property files Work with freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles Deal with a broad range of matters including: Sales & purchases Re-mortgages Shared ownership New builds Right to buy & help to buy Lease extensions & deeds of variation What experience is required Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer Experience handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A proactive, client-focused approach Why Join?
