Probate Legal Secretary London, City of London £28,000 - £33,000 W/29131 Probate Legal Secretary – An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary with previous experience in Private Client and Probate to join an established City firm which has an excellent reputation for its wealth management work. About the Role This role would suit a Legal Secretary with c.5 years previous experience, specifically, in the area of Wills, Probate and LPA’s. The role involves drafting and preparing a range of legal documents, including Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and general correspondence, as well as completing IHT forms such as IHT205, IHT217, and IHT400, and preparing LPA forms and Wills from solicitor’s notes. Candidate Requirements They are seeking an ambitious, hands-on individual who can use their own initiative and who has problem-solving skills to complete tasks set to them and to get the job done, however, is happy to ask sensible questions when faced with an unfamiliar challenge.
