The Role Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a senior-level Employment Partner to join their Nottingham office. The role will suit someone with strong technical skills and a commercial approach, ready to play a key part in the ongoing development of the Employment team. Key responsibilities include: Handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Acting for a diverse client base including commercial clients in manufacturing, retail, and tech sectors, as well as some personal employment work Advising on dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, protected conversations, and day-to-day HR support Providing corporate support on employment matters during M&A transactions and restructures Leading and mentoring a small team (initially two direct reports) Playing an active role in business development and strategic planning for the team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the mix of hands-on client work and team leadership in a flexible, open environment.
