West Midlands £55-60 per hour Remote working Sellick Partnership is recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a small and friendly team in a local authority within the West Midlands. The role is initially for 3 months, pending permanent recruitment, however, there is a possibility for this to be extended. The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will have previous local authority experience undertaking a range of commercial matters. Day to day responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer will include: Providing legal advice in relation to contractual matters Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts Routine contractual and procurement work Complex matters Construction contract experience is desirable Previous public sector experience is desirable, although experience gained from Private Practice or other sectors can still be considered.
