Associate / Senior Associate – Value Creation (Infrastructure, Energy Transition) Location: Paris, France Sector: Private Equity | Infrastructure | Energy Transition A European private equity fund with over €4 billion in AUM is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its value creation team. The role supports a dedicated green infrastructure strategy launched in 2021, which has already closed a €233 million debut fund and is actively deploying a second fund targeting €500 million. Focused on value-add investments in sectors such as renewable energy, sustainable mobility, and green data centres, the fund backs developers and operators driving the energy transition across Europe. Key Responsibilities Drive value creation initiatives across a portfolio of infrastructure investments Lead asset management processes, including financial modelling, risk reviews, and performance tracking Support strategic planning, portfolio company onboarding, and board-level reporting Coordinate with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams on fund operations and governance Contribute to bolt-on M&A and long-term business planning for portfolio companies Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in private equity infrastructure, asset management, or relevant financial/strategic roles Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Familiarity with French and IFRS GAAP Fluency in French and English Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive An opportunity to join a mission-driven team working at the intersection of private equity and the energy transition.
