Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell heavy machinery and equipment across Botswana. Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate strong customer relationships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies. Present products and solutions to prospective clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals. Deliver excellent after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal departments (technical, service, logistics) to coordinate client needs. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity and market conditions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction equipment, mining, or industrial sectors. In-depth knowledge of the Botswana market and business environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluent in English ; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly across the country.
