What the role is: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Change Management function. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing organisation-wide change management strategies to drive successful transformations. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies aligned with IMDA’s organisational goals. Collaborate with various departments to align change management activities with business objectives. Work with the Communications division to design and direct high-impact communication campaigns supporting change efforts. Design and implement training programmes to facilitate change adoption. Establish and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management and communication initiatives. Develop and manage budgets for change management initiatives and campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation and external partners. Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives. Promote best practices in change management and strategic communications across the organisation. Develop change management toolkits and resources for the organisation. Requirements: Background in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related fields. 10 years of experience in change management roles. Proven success in leading large-scale organisational change initiatives. Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks. Excellent project management skills, especially in managing complex projects. Experience with digital transformation projects. Experience creating training materials and conducting workshops. Proficiency in project management and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities at all levels. Resilience and adaptability to challenges. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
