The team is organized into business and technology-focused domains: Planning & Manufacturing Systems Supply Chain Systems HR Systems Finance Systems Legal Systems About the role The Supply Chain Systems team collaborates with global and regional stakeholders, strategic technology partners, internal IT professionals, and application delivery teams to develop the roadmap, oversee delivery, and support all systems within Dyson’s Supply Chain landscape. The Head of Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for: Leading the Supply Chain Systems team, which includes professionals in Solution Architecture, Technical Product Ownership, Program and Project Management, Business Analysis, and Operations. Fostering career development, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, and shaping the culture within Dyson IT. Working with business leaders, product owners, solution architects, partners, and third parties to define and implement the strategy and roadmap for Supply Chain Systems. Overseeing DevSecOps practices for operational enhancements and projects, where relevant. Guiding IT leadership and stakeholders to maximize platform architecture value. Collaborating with the Global IT Director to plan and deliver projects and programs over a three-year horizon. Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing third-party deliverables. Monitoring industry trends and innovations relevant to Supply Chain Systems. Ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. Managing risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Ensuring compliance with technical principles and governance standards. Identifying and addressing gaps in platform capabilities and managing technical debt. Overseeing global application support to ensure SLA compliance. Handling escalations related to major incidents in Supply Chain Systems. About you Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability. Adaptable and capable of thriving in complex, ambiguous environments. Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills. Experience in developing IT roadmaps and program plans aligned with business needs. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly. Knowledge of Supply Chain Technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS, Order Management, Delivery Platforms) and partners (e.g., SAP, Manhattan Associates, Infor, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, E2Open). Solid business acumen in Supply Chain Systems processes. Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships. Curious and eager to stay updated on market innovations in Supply Chain Technologies. Willingness to travel may be required. Dyson is an equal opportunity employer.
