We specialise in stainless steel piping, structural steel fabrication, site installation work, mechanical engineering, and project management. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to drive strategic business development, optimize operations, and lead our company toward sustainable success. Job Summary: As General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing company-wide strategies, establishing policies and procedures, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring efficient business operations. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s long-term vision and success by focusing on organizational growth, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development & Leadership: Drive the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company vision and long-term goals. Develop business policies, streamline procedures, and enforce productivity standards. Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance company-wide efficiency and innovation. Cultivate relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders. Provide regular reports and updates on company performance, growth, and areas of improvement. Operations & Business Growth: Oversee overall business operations, ensuring seamless execution across all departments. Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market expansion. Lead budgeting and resource allocation for projects to optimize profitability. Assess and improve procurement processes, supplier selection, and cost control measures. Monitor and evaluate company performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed. Project & Team Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines. Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring project completion meets company standards. Facilitate post-project evaluations to extract valuable insights for future operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in project management, operations, or strategic leadership. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
