They are seeking to hire a Director, Digital Sales to lead digital strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and strengthen cross-channel sales integration. This role focuses on translating digital innovation into business growth, shaping how digital channels support scalable, high-quality acquisition and long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and execution of digital sales initiatives across key Asian markets, with a focus on customer growth and relationship deepening Drive digital journeys across owned platforms (web, app, email) to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion Optimize digital funnels using data insights, A/B testing, and continuous performance enhancement Collaborate with relationship managers and frontline teams to ensure seamless lead flow and customer onboarding Align digital sales efforts with business priorities, product strategy, and customer needs Partner with marketing, analytics, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns and track outcomes Explore and implement innovative digital tools and techniques to improve customer acquisition and experience Create dashboards and reporting to measure impact and support decision-making Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 8 years of experience in digital sales, digital marketing, or customer acquisition within banking or financial services Proven ability to drive business outcomes through digital channels Strong understanding of digital journeys, lead generation, and conversion strategies Collaborative, analytical, and customer-centric mindset Proficient in digital analytics tools, CRM systems, and campaign reporting To Apply: Please send your resume to Emily Tan at et@empowerpartners.sg , quoting the job title.
