What the role is: - What you will be working on: The officer will support the engagement and outreach team in:- Coordinate and standardise pre-event data fields to ensure consistency in data collection- Handle multiple data sets, draw conclusions, and generate reports to provide actionable insights for Project Leads- Perform day-to-day tasks including data acquisition, maintenance, storage, and analysis, such as:• Collate, clean, analyse, and store post-event survey responses for accurate reporting to management• Maintaining events and footfall dashboards, tracking and updating event footfall/ attendance, and survey responses for informed decision making- Ensure fulfilment of sponsorship entitlements before payment and prepare necessary documents like delivery orders to facilitate smooth operations- Coordinate and track internal divisions’ requests, i.e., usage of CMCD's event banners and re-ordering WSG's corporate gifts for external stakeholders- Undertake other ad-hoc event duties as assigned by team to support seamless execution of events What we are looking for: - Minimum 2 years of work experience- Strong attention to details, with data analytics and problem-solving skills- Effective written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)- Knowledge of Tableau, Gen AI tools, and/ or prior events experience is advantageousAll applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
