Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure system efficiency. Maintain process documentation. Engage in continuous learning through diverse projects. Manage all project phases autonomously, making a personal impact on TLG products. Examples include enabling sales via APIs, integrating payment methods, automating administrative tasks with AI, creating web tools, implementing omnichannel flows, and redesigning order fulfillment processes. You may also learn to use tools like Excel, Python, SQL, PowerBI, BigQuery, Postman, Azure, AWS, GCP, Jira, and Confluence. What you'll need : A degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or IT.
