We are seeking a Business Analyst in Banking & Finance. The person will work with our clients in the banking/financial sector, supporting an internal team, aiming to interact with Business and IT functions of both the client and Novigo. Responsibilities: Support our teams in planning and orchestrating client transformation programs impacting business models, operational models, and requiring new or improved technologies. Act as a liaison between the client and technical development teams, using advanced communication skills to analyze, document, and validate client requirements. Gain knowledge of the business areas supported by TXT Novigo to translate requirements into functional specifications. Coordinate and support the implementation activities of requirements. Actively manage the definition and formalization of use cases and test scenarios, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Testing. Participate in drafting proposals, feasibility studies, and developing new business opportunities. Skills Required: Good knowledge of main processes in the banking and finance sector or 1-2 years of experience in the role. Basic knowledge of key digital technologies. Knowledge of development and analysis methodologies. Understanding of leasing, loans, and assignation of the fifth products. Team-oriented attitude. Optional Skills: Knowledge of process modeling tools and organizational tools. Familiarity with AS400. Ability to query databases and manage SQL queries.
