Advisory Solutions Italy is seeking a candidate to join the team as a Junior Product Manager. The team supports the Wealth, Private, and Premium networks in building model portfolios and managing the fund offering, including from a product governance perspective. It also creates and maintains client-ready marketing materials. The candidate will be responsible for: Overseeing the entire product governance process, including target market identification and monitoring, distribution strategy development, and periodic reviews. Participating in the product approval process, monitoring products post-market launch, following corporate actions, and updating the company intranet for relevant operations. Staying informed about the latest MiFID II guidelines and regulations, especially regarding product governance. Conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of existing mutual fund products. Supporting sales, Relationship Management, and client service teams with client presentations and product updates, providing subject matter expertise. Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with product development teams, distribution channels, and other stakeholders. The skills required are: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information to internal and external stakeholders. Strong relational, interpersonal, and communication skills applicable across organizational levels. An administrative and organizational mindset. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or Management Engineering. C1 Cambridge certification or equivalent (Mandatory). Strong understanding of financial products, including knowledge of various financial instruments and their characteristics. Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products. At least 2-4 years of experience in similar roles within banking or asset management. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
