Logistic & Warehouse Manager

Nordson Precision Agriculture Summary of the role We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Manager to coordinate the flow of receiving, handling, and shipping. The manager will act as the point of contact for customers and service providers, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, global consolidators, customs brokers, and trucking companies. Responsibilities include preparing documents (e.g., bills of lading, shipment documents, letters of credit, invoices, quotes), processing vendor payments, maintaining logistics databases (tracking inventory flow, product tracking, metrics, on-time delivery, fulfillment rates), and identifying opportunities for inventory reduction, service level optimization, and cost savings. The ideal candidate will possess: Master's degree in Management Engineering At least 3 years of relevant experience Fluency in English Excellent planning and time management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and priority management Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations) Effective communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and team collaboration skills Location: Rubiera (RE) Interested?
