Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy, energy storage, or industrial equipment sectors; Strong ability in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales pipeline development; Familiarity with the Italian renewable energy policy landscape and PV market structure is highly preferred; Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural coordination skills; Proficient in both English and Italian; Chinese language skills are a plus; Willingness to travel for business purposes; driving license preferred. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of inverters, hybrid systems, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), or PV plant integration; Experience attending international energy exhibitions (e.g., KEY ENERGY, Intersolar); Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite; Previous work experience in a Chinese or international renewable energy company is a strong advantage.
