Job Description

Continental Italia Spa is looking for a Sales Expert for its Business Unit dedicated to cars and light trucks (PLT). Responsibilities: Manage the tyre business dedicated to PLT; Oversee main market dealers within the area of focus; Conduct market analysis activities; Identify business opportunities and new development channels; Manage customer relationships to enhance and increase productivity; Establish trust and partnership between the company and customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields); Proven sales experience (at least 3 years); Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong negotiation and closing skills; Experience in the automotive or tyre industry is preferred; Willing to travel within the assigned field; Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
