Learn : Continuously upgrade your knowledge on tax credits, compliance, procedures, and support tools. Organize : Manage a high volume of inquiries, especially during peak seasons. Consultative Approach : Proactively engage with clients to discuss program performance and best practices. To succeed in this role: At least one year of experience in customer service or HR/HRIS with systems experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize requests and communicate effectively with clients, including executives. Effective presentation skills in various settings.
