Role Lead the Direct and Indirect Materials Supply teams with full responsibility for the EMEA Strategic Supply Chain; Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to support the company’s goals for cost reduction, quality improvement, and innovation; Understand end-to-end business goals, anticipating EMEA Supply Chain related issues; Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection, qualification, and negotiation to establish and protect the company’s competitive advantage; Ensure all sourcing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and Sourcing, preferably acquired in a demanding, multicultural environment; Experience in driving the short-term action planning process and a system for progress follow-up and reporting; Ability to lead and manage teams in multiple locations; Ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in operations; Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement techniques.
