Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the VIC journey, ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences across all touchpoints worldwide (in-store, digital, events). Serve as the primary contact for VICs, addressing their needs and preferences to foster long-term loyalty. Identify opportunities to elevate VIC engagement through personalized services, exclusive previews, and bespoke offerings. Utilize CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and feedback to tailor experiences effectively. Lead the execution of exclusive events, including bi-annual fashion shows, dinners, and collection previews, ensuring seamless experiences aligned with TOM FORD standards. Collaborate with retail and marketing teams across regions to ensure cohesive event experiences. Oversee coordination with external event suppliers and vendors for high-quality service and seamless execution.
