PROJECT MANAGER

Job Opening: Project Manager We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team within the Project Execution & Construction Power & Gas division at Edison, based in Milan, with frequent national travels. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project and site team activities to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, adhering to safety and environmental standards. Plan project phases, including design, construction, and commissioning, in collaboration with the project team. Assist Procurement Department in supplier and contractor selection processes, following company procedures. Monitor and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors involved in the project. Coordinate activities of involved companies, suppliers, and contractors throughout project phases. Oversee project progress and costs, preparing reports highlighting deviations and critical issues. Support Safety Officer and related organizational units to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage relationships and information flow with other company functions involved in the project, including Development, Procurement, Administration, Insurance, Legal, and others. Interface with the client and manage project communications. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering or related technical/scientific field. At least five years of experience in project management or coordination of complex projects in power generation or gas infrastructure sectors. Willingness to undertake targeted site travels. Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams and departments. Excellent communication skills to achieve results collaboratively with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders. Interest in developing technical expertise. Team-oriented with analytical and systemic thinking skills. Ability to adopt current practices within the Engineering Division and communicate effectively across divisions. Interest in digital process innovation.
