We are looking for a candidate to oversee all technical aspects of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, collaborating closely with stakeholders. You will work with sales and project management teams to support clients and distributors, ensuring effective creation and revision of processes and procedures. You will also conduct due diligence on distributors and suppliers across Europe and serve as the primary technical contact during project commissioning for integration issues. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors in the BESS C&I market in Europe. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless solution integration, developing procedures and tools for distributors. Support project commissioning alongside project management teams and distributors. Provide technical support to clients and distributors, including product demonstrations and technical inquiries. Design and deliver technical training for clients and distributors. Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences. Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitors within the BESS C&I sector. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least two years of experience in a technical sales role. Prior experience in the BESS C&I market in Europe is required. Required Skills: Strong technical knowledge of battery energy storage systems and related technologies. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese or other European languages is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed. This role requires regular travel to customer sites and industry events.
