As a Medical Advisor CAR-T, you will provide strategic support for profiling assigned marketed compounds and developing pipeline compounds. You will offer up-to-date medical expertise, act as a key expert in your therapeutic area, and communicate Novartis' scientific messages to internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with various teams to shape and implement strategies, and drive evidence generation. Your key responsibilities include: Strategic: Contribute to development and registration of pipeline products, support launches, and manage the lifecycle of marketed compounds. Operational: Provide medical and clinical expertise to local teams and GDD teams. Collaboration: Work effectively with CO, Regional, and Global teams, Clinical Research Medical Advisors, Marketing, Value Access, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and others to ensure effective patient outcomes and access. Strategy: Contribute to trial strategies, align with governance, and identify real-world evidence needs using innovative methodologies. Clinical studies and publication: Oversee clinical trials, ensure adherence to GCP and local laws, and manage scientific communication and publication. Safety: Oversee adverse event reporting and ensure GCP compliance. Investigators / Medical Experts: Advise on potential investigators and medical experts for studies and projects. Materials and Training: Create and review scientific materials, and provide training to internal and external stakeholders.
