Senior Analyst

We are partnered with a global Infrastructure business who has multiple offices across Europe. Their coverage is Core Infrastructure and also Renewable Energy. Due to high deal flow they are looking to add an additional Senior Analyst to their team in Rome. The role: Financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes Develop and maintain detailed financial models Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors. Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution. The Individual: 2 yrs of experience within Financial Modelling
