Project Manager IT

Proudly from Torino, now in Rotterdam, Chicago, and Dubai. We are looking for a Project Manager for our Turin branch. What you'll do: Paladin is the business pillar, the standard-bearer of customer needs. The candidate will follow the planning, development, and delivery of important IT-ICT projects. Main responsibilities: Program Management: plan, alignment on projects, presentations, reporting; Monitoring the progress of functional analysis according to efficiency and effectiveness KPI; Prevent potential criticalities and misalignments between processes; Business requirements functional analysis and interaction with users; Definition of the project schedule; Development and application systems evolution monitoring. What you’ll need: A BS/MS in Computer Science/Management, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience; At least 3-4 years of experience on IT projects; Solid knowledge of Office Automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project); Ability to think strategically and perform methodically; Ability to work with tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities and able to ensure that all parties provide key information to make efficient decisions; Ability to produce ideas and turn them into the creation of Best practices; Excellent teamwork skills; Attitude to complexity management; Knowledge of relational and SQL databases is mandatory.
