Social network you want to login/join with: The selected candidate will join the International Sales Division and, as a Business Support , will be responsible for performing all sales support activities, ensuring each client receives the highest level of service and consultancy. The role will have a specific focus on Polish-speaking markets . Responsibilities Drafting commercial offers: managing the quotation and offer phase; generating Project Specifications using the Specification Tool; Monitoring the Retail and Project Pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; Order entry using SAP and daily order monitoring; Order portfolio analysis, coordination with planning, and management of delivery dates requested by the client; Defining priorities for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing forecasts; Financial analysis and customer credit status monitoring; Managing shipping and logistics processes, coordinating with invoicing and warehouse departments; Handling product returns, technical support, issue reporting, and general customer service activities; Conducting business reviews and supporting the sales team with proactive sales activities; Managing certifications and product specifications related to the target geographies; Drafting commercial terms and commission agreements for sales agents; Following up on catalog, price list, and marketing material distribution; Occasional participation in events and client visits. Requirements Languages: Italian (B2) English (C1) and Polish (C1); Experience with CRM systems is a plus; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Strong problem-solving skills; Good interpersonal and customer management abilities.
