Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager

Aptar is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager based in Aptar Italy or Spain. This role involves developing and monitoring global Pricing & Commercial Excellence practices to support our business strategy and roadmap. The manager will also support initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and ensure best practices are shared across regions and segments. Key Responsibilities: Lead efforts related to pricing and margin management Support continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimization Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and provide insights for business decisions Enhance and support our global CRM system (SAP Cloud 4 Customer) Assist regional teams with Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives Coordinate data accuracy and maintenance within SAP and other systems Manage the new Contract Management system Lead pricing and margin initiatives Design and improve analysis and reporting tools Develop tools for pricing consistency across regions Champion CRM/C4C improvements and collaborate with IS teams Develop training materials and lead implementation events Qualifications: Business degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred 5-7 years of experience in Pricing, Marketing, or Sales roles Experience with PowerBI, CRM systems, and contributing to commercial projects Proven ability to lead change and support global programs Strong leadership and teamwork skills Experience analyzing large datasets Proficiency in multi-country, matrix environments and agile methodology Preferred industry experience: B2B manufacturing Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and customer orientation Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Power BI Fluent in English; additional languages a plus Strategic and forward-thinking mindset About Aptar: At Aptar, we innovate in packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
