Head of Digital Sales

Our headquarters are in Bari, but we operate globally. We are seeking a Head of Digital Sales with experience in the digital field. This role involves coordinating the Sales Team by assigning customer portfolios and sales targets (volumes, profitability, and retention), monitoring team performance through sales KPIs for each account and country, and enhancing individual and team performance to meet turnover and profitability goals. The successful candidate will plan and execute sales strategies in Italy and internationally, focusing on Europe and the United States.
