Responsibilities: Provide remote support to clients and partners in using the HR Analytics software. Respond to functional requests via ticketing system, email, or phone. Ensure timely and quality assistance, including data interpretation for clients. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
