Location: Lodi, Italy Position Overview: We are seeking a Help Desk support professional to join our post-sales team for HR Analytics software, which analyzes HR KPI data for companies. Responsibilities: Provide remote support to clients and partners in using the HR Analytics software. Respond to functional requests via ticketing system, email, or phone. Ensure timely and quality assistance, including data interpretation for clients. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL, Operating Systems, and Relational Databases. Additional qualities include strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and proactivity.
