Alongside Assistant Store Managers, you will be responsible for optimizing sales of our assortment and managing store personnel. You will monitor turnover, organize product placement on shelves to maximize sales, and handle orders, daily cash register closing, and activity planning. You will ensure that colleagues can grow and will be personally involved in team selection. Regularly, you will discuss with the Regional Manager the sales performance and management results. You have a degree or a high school diploma You have at least five years of experience in retail, including at least two years in a responsible position You have experience in performance evaluation and activity planning You are available to work full-time in shifts of 5 or 6 days a week, from Monday to Sunday You are proactive, have a managerial approach, and always know how to motivate your team You meet Action's corporate culture requirements: customer-oriented, respectful to others, value teamwork, discipline, simplicity, and dislike waste You have a good knowledge of the English language You are available for an 8-week onboarding organized by Action in one of our stores What are you waiting for?
