As an Office and Patient Coordinator , your focus will be on the 3Cs: Care, Community, and Compliance. Care : Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to Older Adult patients as ordered by a doctor. Community : Foster a culture of kindness and accountability, aiming for exceptional care, compliance, and community engagement. Compliance : Ensure the program operates within all regulations, including clinical, billing, and operational standards.
