This full-time, permanent role is pivotal in expanding our network by supporting franchisees throughout the opening and development of new schools across Italy. Key Responsibilities Identify new expansion opportunities by analyzing local markets and potential areas for new schools. Attract and support new franchisees, guiding them from location selection to administrative procedures. Collaborate with our Spanish HQ to ensure compliance with Kids&Us standards during openings. Provide ongoing training and consultancy to franchisees to ensure their success. Maintain strategic relationships with partners, local institutions, and stakeholders. Monitor performance of new schools and report regularly to management. Candidate Profile Degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields. Previous experience in franchise support or commercial networks, even in junior or specialist roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. Flexibility and proactive approach to managing complex projects. Passion for education and desire to grow our network.
