The role is based in the Bergamo area and offers a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager: Lead local Sales & Operations Planning to align supply chain activities Manage demand planning, supply forecasting, and production scheduling Oversee logistics and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Supervise warehousing operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role Proficiency in supply chain software Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team development This opportunity offers a strategic role in a dynamic environment, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations to enhance customer value and support sustainable practices.
