Mission Manage the achievement of System Completion objectives as defined in project hand-over procedures and schedules. Guide and monitor activities across disciplines involved in the completion phase (HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and Project Control) to ensure timely hand-over of the plant, optimizing overall project flow. Coordinate between Construction and Commissioning Teams to ensure progressive Mechanical Completion, maintaining clear communication and reporting via the project's computerized Completion Management System. Activities and Main Responsibilities The main duties include: Coordinate, monitor, and report on all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the use of Mechanical Completion System and Tools; Facilitate actions necessary for final subsystem/system completion for downstream pre-commissioning; Monitor system/subsystem completion according to the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule; Update progress for certification and punch list closure; Engage with the Client to obtain approval for Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), and facilitate handover; Participate in handover presentation preparations (if applicable); Ensure procedures linked to handover are approved by the Client; Guide the Turn Over Team in document preparation; Organize weekly meetings with Construction/Commissioning Teams for handover according to commissioning priorities; Review Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers. When using MILEMATE!, the supervisor will: Arrange training for authorized users; Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning Teams to ensure all deliverables (TAG list, System lists, Check sheets, ITPs, P&IDs, drawings) are uploaded into the Completion Database; Coordinate with Test Pack and Loop Check Coordinators to upload and update relevant documents; Ensure check sheets are properly assigned and verified; Verify that punch points are accurately characterized before input into MILEMATE!.
