Job Description: Client Advisor (Maternity Cover) - Noventa Outlet We are seeking a part-time Client Advisor for Noventa Outlet (maternity cover). The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Outlet, specializing in luxury goods sales. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to achieving store goals. Job Responsibilities Provide versatile service to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. Maintain alignment with style and Brand standards throughout the sales and after-sales process. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive environment and monitor performance. Keep the workspace tidy according to Company guidelines. Follow Company standards during the sales process. Deliver exceptional customer service. Manage client relationships to maximize satisfaction. Build and maintain client relationships through CRM activities. Profile Relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury environment. Alignment with Loro Piana brand identity and passion for LP products. Strong luxury customer approach. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Fluent in Italian and English.
