Job Description

Responsibilities: Implement the company's sales plan, to achieve the sales targets; Work closely with our local partners; Search for target clients, build client pools and conduct direct sales, via phone calls, physical visit; Collect, organize and feedback information on target market. Through the establishment of deep customer relationship, promote customer re-purchase, transfer introduction, to achieve sales growth. Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage and classification management. Qualifications: Basic: Location: Puglia (Italy) 1-3 years' experience in direct sales, experience in olive industry; Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads; Passion in sales work, diligent and initiative, Work remotely, to flexible patterns, and with the ability to travel up to 70%; Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good Interpersonal building skills. Fluent in English, in writing, speaking, listening and reading. Hold drive license Advanced: Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related Degree in Engineering Pay range and compensation package: Attractive Remuneration package; Travel Allowance and insurance; Competitive Commission bonus at the end of the year.
