EY seeks a Power & Utilities professional with experience in Operational Technology (OT) and Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) to join our EMEIA Digital Grid consulting practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digitising utility networks to facilitate the energy transition. As part of the Digital Grid team, you will combine your technical expertise, consulting skills, and industry knowledge to solve complex problems in OT systems and processes. As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will build relationships with clients and internal teams, delivering advisory services. You will create innovative insights, adapt EY methods to client needs, support service definition, and contribute to thought leadership. You will communicate effectively with clients and peers, and expand your professional network and skills in energy transition, operational technology, and business. Key responsibilities: Support planning, design, and delivery of digital grid programmes across EMEIA. Advise clients on OT strategy, business case, and roadmap. Translate business needs into requirements and design architecture for OT solutions. Develop activity, resource, and cost plans for OT implementations. Support procurement, evaluation, and management of OT products/services. Produce tender documentation, support bidders, and manage contracts. Drive system and application design with vendors and providers. Design business processes and manage organizational change. Plan and manage delivery of data services, testing, and integration interfaces. Maintain client relationships and generate market insights. Collaborate on thought leadership and market positioning. Minimum required skills: 5 years’ experience in OT projects within Power & Utilities. Advisory experience and consulting skills, with ability to prioritize and perform under tight deadlines. Experience with OT systems such as ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, DERMS. Knowledge of P&U technology landscape and standards like interoperability protocols and CIM. Familiarity with project management methodologies and technical tools. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred qualifications: Experience with utilities across EMEA. Skills in IT/OT integration, data management, and standards like IEC 61968/61970, IEC 61850. Knowledge of GIS, flexibility platforms, and additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic). Education: BS/BA degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience. Who We Are: At EY, your career is a journey.
