Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. Deliver offers and quotes to current and potential customers. Report to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: Define sales strategies for the company's products. Gather information necessary for sales contracts. Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Identify new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds. Negotiate sales terms with management approval. Manage customer rates and records. Issue material samples and testing requests. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes. Manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes. Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams including management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance. Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during meetings. Your profile: Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of company’s technical capabilities and product advantages. Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management. Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes. Strong decision-making skills to identify and mitigate issues. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels. Effective time management and self-motivation.
